Cancellation/No Show Policy for all appointments: I understand that there are times when you must cancel an appointment due to emergencies or other circumstances, things happen, I get it. Out for the respect for my time, business and me, I must have something in place. A deposit is now required to book. ( It will be added to your service or returned if canceled in the appropriate amount of time. (24hrs) If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours deposit is returned and no fees will be due. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will not be returned. Nor will it be used for a future service. No call no show appointments will result in a 25% fee, after 2 NO SHOWS I will no longer book you. It is costly to set up for a client and then just not show with no word. And honestly it’s just rude, product and my time are wasted when you don’t inform me within 24 hours that you can’t make it. Things happen and I am very understanding when given a heads up. I ASK CLIENTS TO SHOW UP AT LEAST 5-10 minutes before their appointment to insure we have a consultation and forms are signed, just text me and let me know when you are here. If it is your first time with me finding my location and parking may take up some time. I will communicate if I have an early availability and offer. ***Remember after 15 minutes an appointment will be canceled and it will be considered a no show. If my schedule is slow I MAY be able to continue with the service in RARE cases. I’ll be sure to let clients know if that is the case. It’s also not fair for my other clients to have to wait after their scheduled appointment because you are late. ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK!
